LG Chem facing the second fatal accident in May

After the toxic gas leak accident on May 7 in Visakhapatnam, India, which has caused the death of at least 11 people, LG Chem is facing another fatal accident in Korea.

An explosion accident occurred on May 19 at its catalyst related facility in Seosan, killing one person. Two more employees have been moved to a near hospital. The fire officials see that the explosion occurred when alkylaluminum power burst out of packing.
