‘K-Solar League’ will start on June 1 to set a competition among companies and local governments about how much GHG is reduced and how many PV capacities is added. The event is modeled on Germany’s similar solar competition, Solarbundesliga.
Competitors can submit their entry from June 1 to 31. The awards ceremony will take place on September 14. The event is hosted by the Local Sustainability Alliance of Korea and other public organizations including Korea Energy Agency. Its sponsors include MOTIE, ME, and Hanwha Q CELLS.
